Care-a-van is all about building community with a group of like-minded Jewish teens who enjoy getting out in the community to help those in need, and to learn about a variety of service agencies, all while having FUN.
Give your time, gain a lifetime of memories!
Hebrew High teens make weekly hospital visits to wish Jewish patients a Shabbat Shalom and refuah shleima, while delivering bags of challah, grape juice and prayers.
COOKIES FOR HUNGER
Once a month our teens bake cookies to sell at Hebrew High, with the proceeds going to various programs to help those in need.
PASSOVER FOOD DRIVE
The BJE and Hebrew High have taken a lead role in our community to bring groups together and collect donations to provide Passover food to those in need for the holiday.
